IV Guard is a sterile protection system for an IV catheter site. IV Guard is a breathable and water proof combination of bio-film and foam adhesive. A unique combination of film and foam adhesive ensures catheter stability and asepsis when placed securely over the IV catheter wound site. The adhesive bio-film is transparent for wound site observation. The heavy adhesive on the foam border allows patients to maintain their everyday lifestyle. The extra foam adhesive strips can be used for securing the IV tubing and can be used as a label.
