TheIron Duck Metro TechPack ALS was designed in collaboration with the largest municipal EMS service in the US and built to withstand the rigors of the 1.5 million calls they handle each year. This compact and protocol-specific backpack ensures fast, easy deployment on scene with simple decontamination and efficient restocking back at the station. The Metro TechPack ALS includes the Metro TechPack Backpack, the ALS Page and the ALS MedModule.

The package features plenty of pockets and storage for essential gear. The fold down lid pocket is constructed of clear vinyl for quick access and visibility. A zippered front pocket allows for access to a tablet, or patient documents. The ALS Page features multipleclear vinyl, hooded pockets of various sizeswith magnetic closures to organize catheters, IO and IO needle kits, alcohol preps, micro and macro IV start kits, extension sets, syringes and needles on the front and flat pockets on the back for smaller sizes of fluids and pressure infusers. The ALS MedModule includes color-coded pages for ease of identification: Fold-out Red Page holds (Cardiac) med delivery and prefilled syringes on one side; protects vials in the clear vinyl pockets on the other.
The second page is Blue (Consciousness Impaired meds) on the front and Green (Respiratory Drugs) on the back.
Additionally, six boxed meds can fit in the bottom.

  • Ergonomic padding on the rear panel and deluxe backpack straps featuring two adjustment points and non-slip shoulder pads guarantee a secure fit whether running, climbing, walking or jumping
  • Hide one strap to carry comfortably as a cross-body pack or hide both and carry with the molded rubber top or side handles (magnets hold the side handle close when not in use, eliminating catch points)
