QD-4 leg traction splints are retractable, space-saving splints that feature a unique Hex Lock mechanism to adjust for length quickly and easily.  To lock, simply twist Hex Lock in either direction.  Splint comes complete with leg straps, ankle hitch, ratchet and carrying case.  Adult splint length ranges from 31.5" to 54".
