Designed to safely and securely remove a patient from the most perilous positions, the device is constructed owith tri-laminated rip stop nylon for long wear in the field.  Centered notch allows for better access to back of the head for padding work.  Notable improvements made to the KODE 2 include wider head pieces.  Top area of chest flaps fold back.  Leg straps are centered for anatomical correctness.  White female buckles are positioned better for receiving leg straps.  Long chest strap.  All static webbing is coated to prevent contamination.  Wider bottom chest flaps.  1 deaccelaration strap for holding shoulders back.  2 take down straps.  Extrication devices.
