Single lumen at distal tip.  High volume, low pressure PVC cuff at distal end.  Allows the use of fiber-optic devices, suction catheter or tube exchanger through second lumen.  Special placement rings indicate a visible depth marking.  Large volume syringe, pre-filled with air for pharyngeal cuff.  Small volume syringe, pre-filled with air for distal cuff.  Latex free.
